Lawrence Harding
Managing Partner
Larry is a Founder and Managing Partner of Presidio Capital. He started his career in the financial markets in 1986 participating in various capital market disciplines; including seven years in the fixed income markets in London, then relocating to Australia where he established the predecessor business to Presidio in 1992, before moving the business to Singapore in 1998. This business has a specialization in emerging markets investing and was a major player in the distressed credit and asset markets of Asia during and post the Asia Crisis in 1997/1998 and the GFC in 2008. In our investments Larry is frequently in an active, executive and/or Board role. His investments are in Asia-Pacific, Europe/UK and the Americas, and in industries spanning as diverse sectors mining, agri- commodities production, through to education, retail, property, the Financial sector and the film / entertainment industry. He has a B.A. (Joint Hons) in modern languages and economics from the University of Northumbria in the UK.
Tim Robins
Partner
Tim Robins graduated from Cambridge University in 1985 with a degree in law, and has over 30 years of experience in financial markets. Tim started his career working for Hambros Bank in London in the international capital markets division in 1986 before moving to Hambros Australia, a specialist in the emerging Eurobond sector. In 1991 Tim joined State Bank of South Australia, and in 1993 moved to CM-ICAP, Presidio’s predecessor company, and in 1998 Tim relocated with the company to Singapore. During his career Tim has specialized in asset & liability management, debt origination, corporate finance, and trading and sales of a wide variety of fixed interest securities, structured products and derivatives. In recent times the company has focused on investment in the commodities space, as well as retaining its core focus on “special situations” opportunities. This has involved resource and project evaluation and management. In recent times, Tim has also specialized in acquiring and developing real estate opportunities in South East Asia.

Charles Grundy
Charles joined Presidio in 2002 with a focus on corporate finance and the origination of special situations transactions in South East Asia. After graduating from Manchester University in 1991 with a degree in Management Science, Charles joined PricewaterhouseCoopers working within the Business Advisory and Management Consultancy practices in London and Singapore. During his time at Presidio, Charles has successfully completed a variety of fund-raising projects and complex restructurings for companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia. Since relocating to the UK in 2014 Charles has generated investment opportunities for himself and his former Presidio partners and remains closely connected to Presidio group activities.
